We live in the modern world, and we like it that way. We have jobs, hobbies, and people we love. We're not interested in abandoning everything to live like monks.
Even in the midst of our busy lives, meditation can bring enormous benefits. Most of the buzz around meditation focuses on stress relief, and it absolutely does that. But the practice offers so much more: a radical happiness that doesn't depend on outward conditions.
This radical happiness is close at hand. We just need to practice in a way that lets our meditation and daily activities feed one another rather than fight one another. That's what this site is about.
